Shop Estimator — Free Version Terms and Disclaimer

Shop Estimator (free version) is provided by S&H RedBrick, LLC, D.B.A. shopestimator.com ("we", "us") "as is" and "as available," at no charge, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for every figure you enter or produce with the software, including prices, labor rates, shop fees and tax rates; for checking each estimate and invoice before giving it to a customer; and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including tax, consumer-protection and automotive-repair regulations in your state. The software does not provide legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice.

Your data. All data is stored on your own device. We have no access to it and cannot recover it. You are responsible for backing it up with the Export feature. If you choose to register your shop (Settings), the shop contact details you submit are sent to us; we use them to tell you about updates and to understand who uses the software. Nothing is sent unless you press Register.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, S&H RedBrick, LLC, D.B.A. shopestimator.com, and its owners, employees and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes and support. The free version may be changed or discontinued at any time and comes with no support obligation.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
